Aim and scope of the conference is to discuss the quality of national  journals and  future perspective with  institutions directly related to the Lithuanian research journals: journal editors, publishers, project managers  and policy makers including  the Ministry of Education and Science, the Research Council of Lithuania, the Lithuanian Academy of Sciences, etc. Foreign experts in the field will share their insights into Lithuanian journal quality and their potential to be a confident member of a global scholarly community.

Target audience of this conference is the journal editors, publishers, policy makers at universities, research institutions, etc.
