Vilnius Academy of Arts is a publisher of a journal Acta Academiae Artium Vilnensis (AAAV).

The journal is a peer-reviewed quarterly established in 1993 and devoted to the study of art history and visual culture with special emphasis on the arts of Lithuania and its contexts. Every issue of the AAAV focuses on a specific topic be it a time period, an art field, or a broader theoretical inquiry. The quarterly aims to promote scholarly research into European culture, develop a shared perspective in art history, and encourage encounters, dialogues, and collaboration based on mutual awareness and the search for new approaches.
